Ted R. Bromund’s column “More of the same in Hiroshima trip” [Opinion, May 23] was right on the money. President Barack Obama’s visit to Hiroshima was more show than substance.

His policy of defining himself as a peace-making president only harms the United States and our allies, and strengthens our enemies.
