What will happen when all motorists become accustomed to coming to a full stop at yellow lights, coming to a full stop for five seconds at red lights before turning right, and driving the speed limit when passing a school? How then will our elected leaders abscond with money from people who dare to work for a living ["Nassau budget anxiety," Letters, Sept. 13]?

What will be next? Cameras in our homes? An $80 summons arriving in the mail for not stacking the dishwasher correctly? An $80 summons for misplacing the TV remote? How about a $100 summons for not flushing the toilet?

Big Brother is watching.
