Kudos to the federal prosecutors who indicted SAC Capital, after the hedge fund allegedly earned hundreds of millions of dollars through insider trading ["Spitzer defends plan to monitor Wall Street," News, July 27].

If a teenager in Hempstead is caught smoking marijuana, he or she risks going to jail. If you get caught on Wall Street stealing millions through insider trading, too often, you only pay a fine.
