Zwanger-Pesiri Radiology settled a lawsuit for more than $8 million for false claims to Medicare and Medicaid [“Suit against radiology firm settled,” News, Nov. 17].

I find this wrong and much too easy. Someone should have gone to jail! Corruption, thievery and false billing are all the same and call for the same penalty: a fine and jail time.
