Now that the construction project appears to be completed at Exit 33 on the Southern State Parkway, I would love to know who was responsible for this mess. There used to be a 20-car backup of cars trying to exit onto Route 109 during rush hour, and now that has doubled.

Driving east on 109 has become a nightmare at the New Highway intersection. Is this it? Is this the result of studies to improve traffic flow at this exit? I’m sure that this has also cost taxpayers plenty.
