Thanks for series honoring 9/11 victims

Ana Fosteris, 58, of Coram was an insurance underwriter at Aon Corp. in the south tower. This is one in a series of profiles of LI families who lost loved ones on 9/11, and how they're coping 10 years later.

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the "LI Remembers" series that you have been running to honor those who perished in the World Trade Center attacks.

As painful as it was in 2001, I made it a point to read each and every obituary of the victims of the terrorist attack. I wanted to know their stories -- each father, mother, son, daughter, sister, brother -- and pray for each one.

Now, I am hearing their stories told by those who still wake each day missing their loved ones. Thank you, Newsday, for making this a priority and placing the articles in a very prominent place in the paper. We will never forget.
