Having exposed the salaries of our top paid educators, perhaps Newsday should tell us what a school superintendent should be paid for managing a district with several buildings, a few hundred staff and several thousand students [“Top-paid educators,” News, Nov. 14].

What should a teacher with a master’s degree and beyond be paid to teach our children what they’ll need to know to succeed in a complex workforce?
