Spierer family posts online tribute to missing daughter

YONKERS - As the family of missing Westchester student Lauren Spierer waits to hear if a skull found in Indiana belongs to their daughter, they've posted a new video tribute to her on Facebook. Pictures and video of the Edgemont native are set to the song "In Loving Memory" by Alter Bridge. A note with the video from Spierer's mom reads in part, "Missing you Lauren, every second of every day with all my heart." Lauren Spierer vanished on June 3 of last year after a night of partying with friends near Indiana University. Police are waiting for test results on a human skull found last weekend in the White River. It was found about 50 miles from where Spierer was last seen.Meanwhile, a fundraiser for the Spierers is being held this weekend at a Mount Kisco boutique.
