An interesting look on the Hall of Fame's website

Jack Morris. Lee Smith. Craig Biggio. Tim Raines.

None of those four were elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame on Wednesday.

None of those four were ever linked, directly or indirectly, with performance-enhancing drugs.

All four of those players were included in the display image on, the Hall of Fame's official website, leading up to the 2 p.m. announcement.

Maybe it's nothing. Maybe it's something. Or maybe the Hall's site regularly subbed out the photos they used. But from 1 p.m. to slightly after 2 p.m., their site had Morris, Smith, Biggio and Raines as the main photo, as shown in the screengrab above.

No Roger Clemens. No Barry Bonds. No Sammy Sosa. No Mike Piazza. No Curt Schilling.

Like Riggs and Murtaugh used to say, "It's very thin. Probably nothing." Of course, then a house would explode or a bad guy would shoot at them in "Lethal Weapon."
