The beard is back.

Ex-Giants closer Brian Wilson has signed a minor league deal with the rival Los Angeles Dodgers, according to multiple reports. Wilson, now fully recovered from the Tommy John surgery that led to him being non-tendered by the Giants before this season, will begin his year in the minors before taking the MLB set-up role.

Wilson, a three-time All-Star, was 20-20 with a 3.21 ERA and 171 saves in just over six seasons with the Giants. He pitched in just two games at the start of 2012 before suffering an elbow injury that led to surgery.

But more importantly, Wilson, 31, still has his signature long, wild beard.
