BOSTON - Another fan at Fenway Park has been injured.

An unidentified woman was hit by a foul ball in the fifth inning of Friday night's New York Yankees-Boston Red Sox game. After being treated for a few minutes, she got up and walked up the stands holding a towel to her head.

Her condition was not immediately known.

Yankees left-handed hitter Didi Gregorius swung late at Robbie Ross Jr.'s 0-2 fastball and lined a foul into the lower stands between the third-base dugout and home plate.

Fans surrounding the fan immediately waved for help, and medical personnel arrived quickly. Fans stood and cheered when the woman got up from her seat.

Another woman was hospitalized and later released after being hit in the face by a broken bat in a game at Fenway Park last month. Unlike that night, this game continued as the woman was treated.
