Price deals for Rays

David Price allowed four hits in eight innings and the host Tampa Bay Rays beat the slumping White Sox, 5-0, Monday night. Price (2-2) struck out nine and walked two.

Felipe Lopez homered and drove in three runs, helping Tampa Bay win for the sixth time in seven games.

Tampa Bay's designated hitter, Johnny Damon, was out because of a bruise on the tip of his left ring finger.

Indians 7, Royals 3: Pinch hitter Shelley Duncan's RBI double sparked a four-run 10th for visiting Cleveland.

Twins 5, Orioles 3: Francisco Liriano (1-3) took a two-hitter into the seventh for the visiting Twins, who extended the Orioles' losing streak to eight.

Rangers 7, Angels 1: C.J. Wilson struck out nine in seven innings and Adrian Beltre homered for the second straight night for host Texas.

Giants 8, Rockies 1: Tim Lincecum pitched 61/3 innings of no-hit ball as the Giants coasted at Coors Field. Carlos Gonzalez broke up the bid with a single. Pat Burrell, Nate Schierholtz and Freddy Sanchez homered for the Giants.

Brewers 6, Phillies 3: Ryan Braun drove in the go-ahead run with a sacrifice fly in the 12th for the visiting Brewers.

Cubs 1, Padres 0: Pinch hitter Tyler Colvin doubled home Geovany Soto with two outs in the 10th to lift the host Cubs.

Pirates 9, Reds 3: Andrew McCutchen doubled home two runs and Kevin Correia (3-1) gave up four hits in his second career complete game for the host Pirates.

A's Braden goes on DL

The Athletics put lefthander Dallas Braden on the 15-day disabled list. Braden left Saturday's game after five innings with shoulder stiffness.-- AP
