Yankees fans hope Aaron Judge’s second at-bat of the spring is a sign of things to come.

The Yankees’ young rightfielder hit a moonshot of a home run to left-centerfield Friday afternoon in the bottom of the fifth inning in the Yankees’ spring training opener against the Philadelphia Phillies at George M. Steinbrenner Field.

Actually, the word “moonshot” may not even do it justice. Judge’s homer hit the top of the scoreboard and was a few feet shy of clearing the ballpark entirely.

The 24-year-old Judge hit four home runs in 27 games last season for the Yankees.
