Chamberlain again shaky in eighth

Do the Yankee want Joba Chamberlain on the mound in the  eighth inning of a tight playoff game? That has to be answered soon as Chamberlain remains inconsistent as the setup man.

On Sunday, he allowed a two-run home run in the eighth inning of what was then a 7-3 Yankees' lead over Kansas City. His ERA is 5.95. David Robertson continues to nip at Chamberlain's heels, as manager Joe Girardi told Anthony Rieber afterward.

``If it's something that we have to do, it's something we'll address,'' Gurardi said. ``I was prepared to bring [Robertson] in if Joba gave up another baserunner.''
