Some of the Yankee hitters have been particularly hot. Curtis Granderson is 11-for-39 (.282) with four home runs, Robinson Cano is 13-for-35 (.371) with four home runs and Derek Jeter is 14-for-46 (.304).

Other Yankee hitters have struggled during the streak. Raul Ibanez is 3-for-24 (.125) with a home run and Russell Martin is 6-for-34 (.176) with two home runs. Alex Rodriguez is somewhere in between, going 8-for-34 (.235) with one home run. That home run, of course, was his 23rd career grand slam, tying him with Lou Gehrig for first place on the all-time list.
