Roger Clemens will be indicted on federal perjury charges, which assert the former Yankees pitcher lied under oath about his use of performance-enhancing drugs, sources told the New York Times on Thursday.

Clemens testified in February 2008 that he had never used steroids or other types of PEDs. His former trainer, Brian McNamee, told the same congressional committee that Clemens had used banned substances.
