1. April 26: Gary Sanchez

With the Yankees down 3-1 in the bottom of the ninth, Gary Sanchez turned the game on its head with a three-run home run off Twins closer Fernando Rodney, giving the Pinstripes a 4-3 victory on April 26, 2018 at Yankee Stadium.

2. May 4: Miguel Andujar

With two men on base and two outs in the last half of the ninth, Miguel Andujar broke a tie between the Yankees and the Indians, driving in the winning run on May 4, 2018.

3. May 6: Gleyber Torres

Shortly after Neil Walker tied the game at 4-4 with an RBI double in the ninth, rookie Gleyber Torres earned his Pinstripes with a walk-off two-run homer against the Indians on May 6, 2018.

4. May 12: Neil Walker

With runners on first and second and two outs in the bottom of the 11th, Neil Walker lined a game-winning single to left-center off Chris Hatcher as the Yankees outlasted the A’s, 7-6, at Yankee Stadium.

5. May 29: Gleyber Torres

Gleyber Torres’ two-out, RBI single in the 10th off Brad Peacock gave the Yankees a 6-5 win at home over the Astros. Brett Gardner’s two-run homer with one out in the bottom of the ninth had tied the score for the Yankees.

6. June 20: Giancarlo Stanton

Giancarlo Stanton's two-run homer on an 0-2 count with two outs in the bottom of the ninth lifted the Yankees over the Mariners, 7-5. Gary Sanchez had tied the game at five in the eighth inning with a two-run homer of his own.
