Carmelo Anthony has moved ahead of Detroit big man Andre Drummond in the All-Star voting and is third among Eastern Conference frontcourt players. The top three vote-getters start in the Feb. 14 All-Star Game in Toronto.

Anthony had been trailing Drummond in the first two returns but is now 7,026 ahead of him. The voting ends Monday and the All-Star starters will be announced next Thursday on TNT.

As of now, the starters for the East are Miami’s Dwyane Wade and Cleveland’s Kyrie Irving in the backcourt with Cleveland’s LeBron James, Indiana’s Paul George and Anthony up front.

In the West, it’s Golden State’s Stephen Curry and Oklahoma City’s Russell Westbrook at guard with the Lakers’ Kobe Bryant, Oklahoma City forward Kevin Durant and Golden State forward Draymond Green in the frontcourt.

Bryant, who has announced his retirement after this season, is leading all vote getters with more than 1.5 million.

Knicks rookie Kristaps Porzingis is seventh among East frontcourt players. Porzingis is a lock to play in the Rising Stars Challenge during All-Star Weekend.
