The Knicks are signing another veteran point guard to help mentor first-round pick Frank Ntilikina.

Jarrett Jack and the Knicks have reached an agreement on a one-year deal, a league source confirmed.

Earlier in the summer, the Knicks signed veteran guard Ramon Sessions. The Knicks need the experience in the backcourt because Ntilikina is only 19. They also brought back second-year player Ron Baker.

Jack, 33, has played for eight teams in his 12 seasons in the league. He appeared in only two games last season with the New Orleans Pelicans after tearing his ACL in January 2016 as a member of the Nets.

If Jack is healthy, he should add depth and be able to help guide Ntilikina through his rookie season. Jack has career averages of 11.0 points and 4.5 assists.

The deal should be made official in the coming days and will give the Knicks the maximum 20 players under contract going into training camp, which opens Sept. 26.
