Knicks stage huge late rally

The Knicks trailed the Chicago Bulls by 22 points, 71-49, midway through the third quarter. They gave a Madison Square Garden crowd of 19,763 plenty to cheer about as they outscored the Bulls 44-18 the rest of the way for a 93-89 victory. Anthony Mason scored 26 points and had 12 rebounds and seven assists. Patrick Ewing added 23 points and Hubert Davis 19 points. The Knicks lost to the Pacers in the Eastern Division semifinals in seven games after going 55-27 in the regular season.
