Mike Woodson laid out at least part of the plan for Amar'e Stoudemire.
"This is a rest day for him," Woodson said. "Tomorrow will be another heavy day for him. That was the plan to go hard yesterday and take it easy today and tomorrow get back at it again and see how he feels after that."
Stoudemire will practice with the Knicks' D-League team, the Erie BayHawks again. He ran and scrimmaged with them yesterday. When Stoudemire will play remains unclear.
