CHICAGO - Dwyane Wade emerged from his meeting with the Knicks Friday afternoon and said he was "intrigued" by the team's presentation.
Wade, the superstar free agent guard, is weighing whether to return to the Miami Heat or take his career to another city.
Wade met with the Knicks at the Peninsula Hotel.
"It was a real good meeting, a good meeting. And I have to say I'm intrigued," Wade said after emerging from the meeting with the Knicks that lasted a little over two hours.
Wade made his comments as he stepped into a Suburban. But before he left he stood up by the door of the Suburban and gave the update on his meeting with the Knicks. Wade left the meeting with a huge media contingent and many onlookers waiting for him.
Chris Bosh followed and met with the Knicks for two hours and 40 minutes. The Knicks packed up their gear after barely an hour into the Bosh meeting, but Bosh and the Knicks continued to talk. Bosh left the Peninsula Hotel at 3:55 (4:55 in New York).
After the meeting, Bosh wrote on his Twitter page that the Knicks' presentation was "another impressive one."
Asked by reporters if he was excited, Bosh said, "You should have seen me the day before yesterday." Asked about the free agency process, Bosh said, "You gotta enjoy this."
As he entered the Peninsula earlier in the day, reporters shouted questions to the free agent power forward. He was asked how the free agency process was going and responded by telling reporters that it's been really good.
