Floyd Mayweather, Jr. was a no-show for a court-ordered deposition in the defamation lawsuit filed Manny Pacquiao. Mayweather attempted to postpone the deposition, but Federal judge Robert Johnston denied the request and ordered the undefeated welterweight to appear in court on Friday.
.Pacquiao's attorney, Daniel Petrocelli blasted Mayweather and said: "Mr. Mayweather maliciously leveled false accusations about Mr. Pacquiao. We are anxious to examine him under oath about those statements. He is just dodging his deposition because he is afraid to testify, but he has no right to defy a Court Order."
