Brittney Griner dominant as Baylor defeats Florida State, 84-47

Brittney Griner had 33 points and 22 rebounds to go along with three impressive slam dunks in her final home game for host Baylor, and the defending national champion Lady Bears beat Florida State, 84-47, in the second round of the NCAA Tournament Tuesday night.

The Lady Bears (34-1) are in the NCAA round of 16 for the fourth year in a row, reaching the Oklahoma City Regional semifinals.

Notre Dame 74, Iowa 57: Kayla McBride scored 28 points and top-seeded Notre Dame advanced to the Norfolk Regional semifinals. Skylar Diggins had 16 as the Fighting Irish (33-1) extended their school-record winning streak to 28 in Iowa City, Iowa.

Duke 68, Okla. State 59: Elizabeth Williams had 16 points and 12 rebounds for second-seeded Duke in the Norfolk Regional in Durham, N.C.

Louisville 76, Purdue 63: Sara Hammond had 21 points and 10 rebounds as host Louisville (26-8) reached the round of 16 for the second time in three years in the Oklahoma City Regional.

Stanford 73, Michigan 40: Joslyn Tinkle made five three-pointers on the way to 21 points in her final home game as top-seeded Stanford reached the Spokane Regional semifinals. Chiney Ogwumike scored 12 points and grabbed 15 rebounds as Stanford (33-2) won its 19th straight.

LSU 71, Penn St. 66: Adrienne Webb scored 29 points, including two crucial free throws with 22 seconds left, to lift sixth seeded LSU (22-11) in the Spokane Regional in Baton Rouge, La..
