West Virginia point guard Darryl Bryant, who broke a bone in his right foot during a Mountaineers' practice session on Thursday, has been cleared to play in the Final Four.
It was quick reversal for Bryant, who was declared done for the season on Friday.
West Virginia, who knocked off Kentucky 73-66 in a regional final on Saturday, will play the winner of Duke-Baylor in the Final Four next weekend.
"I might play the next game,'' Bryant said, according to ESPN.com. "A shoe is being made to take all the pressure off the area. I probably will be able to play in the next game.''
Joe Mazzula stepped in for Bryant on Saturday and scored 17 points.
