Armed Forces Bowl
BYU vs. Tulsa (+2.5), 12 p.m.: BYU has won eight of nine and Tulsa has won seven of eight. Tulsa has the better offense statistically and that should be the difference. Plus, the Golden Hurricane is very battle-tested with its four losses coming to Oklahoma, Boise State, Oklahoma State and Houston. Tulsa 24, BYU 20

Pinstripe Bowl
Rutgers vs. Iowa State (+2), 3:20 p.m.: Yes, Iowa State lost six games and went 3-6 after starting the season 3-0. But the Cyclones played seven ranked teams this season. Rutgers played one ranked team this season and lost that game. Iowa State 27, Rutgers 20

Music City Bowl
Mississippi State vs. Wake Forest (+6.5), 6:40 p.m.: Wake Forest lost four of five to end the regular season, including a 41-7 loss to Vanderbilt on Nov. 26. Mississippi State was a disappointment this season with a 6-6 overall record and 2-6 record in the SEC. But watch for the Bulldogs’ defense to win this game. Mississippi State 21, Wake Forest 17

Insight Bowl
Iowa vs. No. 14 Oklahoma (-14), 10 p.m.: It’s fair to say Oklahoma was a big disappointment this season with a 9-3 record, including getting blown out by Oklahoma State with the Big 12 title at stake. Still, quarterback Landry Jones put up huge numbers and the Sooners are capable of scoring points. Iowa had a down year, but has some nice offensive players. A huge key will be the absence of running back Marcus Coker, who is suspended and won’t play in this game. Oklahoma 31, Iowa 17
