Fuller's school-record 13 assists boost Molloy

Senior Harley Fuller set the Molloy men's basketball single-game assist record with 13 and had nine points and eight rebounds as the Lions routed Mercy, 101-63, Saturday.

The previous record of 12 was held by three players.

Brian Hutchinson had 21 points and Ian Thomas-Minor 18 points and six rebounds for Molloy (5-9, 3-3 ECC), which led 43-23 at halftime. Ed Wilson scored 15 points for Mercy (0-13, 0-6).

SUNY-Old Westbury 82, Mount St. Mary 69: Junior Lester Prosper scored a career-high 30 points to lead Old Westbury (6-1). He also had a season-high 14 rebounds in 26 minutes. Four other players scored in double figures for the Panthers.

Suffolk CC-Brentwood 73, Dutchess CC 64:George Holmes and Shawn Fenton each scored 18 points to lead Suffolk CC (6-7, 2-4 Region XV). R.J. Hall added 14 points. Jack Blayney scored 26 points for Dutchess CC.

WOMEN'S BASKETBALLNassau CC 64, Rockland CC 41: Lisa Bellissimo had 18 points, 16 rebounds, five steals and four assists to lead Nassau CC (3-1). Antoinette Jolly added 13 points, 11 rebounds, nine assists and four steals.

Molloy 70, Mercy 49: Kymira Woodberry had 16 points and 13 rebounds and Lisa Abitante scored 13 points for Molloy (7-4, 4-2 ECC). Mercy is 3-9, 2-4.

Suffolk-CC Selden 73, Sussex CC 42: Jasmine Dyson had 18 points and Shanise Terry added 13 points and 17 rebounds for Suffolk CC-Selden (3-1).

Mount St. Mary 65, Old Westbury 38:Krystina Agard had 28 points and nine rebounds and Katelyn Kube had nine rebounds for Old Westbury (3-3).
