LSU unanimous No. 1 in AP poll

LSU is the unanimous No. 1 team in this week's AP top 25. The Tigers received all 60 first-place votes.

Oklahoma State remains No. 2, followed by Alabama at No. 3. Oregon, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Clemson all moved up two spots each to occupy Nos. 4-7 in the poll.

Stanford fell five spots to No. 8 after losing to Oregon on Saturday night. Boise State, which was upset at home by TCU and saw its chance to stay in the national title race disappear, fell five spots to No. 10.

Stanford fell seven spots to No. 9 and Boise State fell six spots to No. 11.
