Dolphins fans listening to audio of games on television say that quarterback Ryan Tannehill shouts the word “go” before passes and “go go” before runs. Is the quarterback giving opponents valuable information about what play is coming?

Tannehill insists nothing is amiss, that his own defensive teammates would have told him in practice if this were the case. Even ESPN analyst Jon Gruden picked up what he thought was a giveaway during the Bucs-Dolphins game on Monday night. Gruden suggested that Dolphins guard John Jerry was tipping off the Bucs by turning his head to look at Tannehill on pass plays, but not on running plays.
