Barden, Bradshaw both in

It's a bit brisk here in Minneapolis. About 14 below with a windchill of 23 below. So naturally Ralph V. and I decided to skip the cab ride to Mall of America Field and hike the 10 or so blocks. It was very refreshing, although there were times when I didn't think Ralph was going to make it, especially when the light rail came past us carrying dozens of relatively warm fans to the doorstep of the dome.

Anyway, we're here. And guess what? So are Ramses Barden and Ahmad Bradshaw.

Yes, the rookie Barden who we've been waiting since August to see in game action will dress for the finally, taking the place of Mario Manningham, who is out with a shoulder injury. But it's unclear where Barden will fit in on the WR depth chart since the Giants also have Smith, Nicks, Hixon, Sinorice Moss and Derek Hagan activated.

Also, Ahmad Bradshaw, who said this week that he suspects he has cracked bones in both of his feet, is active and will play. How much he plays I don't know. But early in the week Tom Coughlin said he didn't suspect Bradshaw would be the guy to handle the load with Brandon Jacobs on IR.

As for the inactives, they are: Rhett Bomar (3rd QB), Corey Webster, Kareem McKenzie, Rich Seubert, Mario Manningham, Chris Canty, Sha'reff Rashad and Scott Chandler.

Tough break for Seubert, who worked really hard to try and play this week with knee and shoulder injuries. There's a chance that he has played his final game for the Giants. in a few hours, there will probably be a few more to join that list.
