The good news for the Giants is that there are no real surprises on the pre-practice injury report. The bad news is that the list is pretty long. At least nine players will appear on the injury report filed later today.

And they are:

Prince Amukamara (foot), David Baas (neck), Michael Boley (knee), Zak DeOssie (concussion), Henry Hynoski (neck), Brandon Jacobs (knee), Chris Snee (concussion), Justin Tuck (groin/neck) and Osi Umenyiora (knee).

DeOssie and Snee suffered their concussions in the game on Sunday. Hynoski had a stinger in the game as well. Tuck and Jacobs did not play (as you may have heard). Baas was out but said he’s feeling better. Prince is a wait-and-see although Tom Coughlin said he wouldn’t be back until after the bye. Boley had a knee issue last week and missed practice on Wednesday, but returned for the rest of the week and played against the Seahawks.

Ironically, the healthiest player on the injury report may ibe Osi.

No word yet on who the Giants will add to their 53-man roster to replace Jimmy Kennedy during his suspension.
