It took Kevin Boss six days and six Tweets to say goodbye to the Giants.

The free agent tight end who signed with the Raiders last week sent his message out this afternoon in a half-dozen successive fragments on Twitter. I’ve pieced them together for you here:

“With everything happening so fast last week I didn't have a chance to say proper goodbyes to my fans in NY … The last 4 yrs have been the best 4 yrs of my life and u guys the fans are what made it unforgettable! … And a special thanks to the fans who have stood by my side and respected the difficult decision I made for my family … With that being said I am so excited about this next chapter in my life and so proud to be an Oakland Raider! … Thank u to the fans of #RaiderNation who have welcomed me with open arms and made this transition easier for me! … I'm here to work my tail off and do whatever it takes to help this organization "just win baby, win! Go #Raiders!”
