Well, it finally happened. The Giants ran out of bikes.

They normally have enough for their injured players – or at the very least leave some of their injured players inside the facility for treatments – but today they had six guys not practicing and only four stationary bikes for them to ride. That meant two of them had to sit on the ground nearby and take turns.

Five of the six did not practice yesterday: Jake Ballard, Mark Herzlich, Mario Manningham, Osi Umenyiora and D.J. Ware. The sixth was Ahmad Bradshaw, who practiced yesterday (limited) and sat today. He normally goes once a week since returning from his foot injury, and that’s typically in the last practice of the week. The Giants may have turned that around this week, or perhaps he suffered a setback. We’ll find out soon.

As for the rest of the injured, they were all participating: David Baas, Travis Beckum, Derrick Martin, Bear Pascoe and Devin Thomas.
