Tom Coughlin said there is nothing new for him to add about Osi Umenyiora, but he said he has no indication of when he might practice.

“I would like to think that this will be resolved shortly, I hope, and he’ll be out on the field,” Coughlin said. “I’ll stick to what I’ve always said.”

Coughlin wouldn’t go as far as to say whether Umenyiora has been sidelined for a medical condition or not, but he did make it clear that he has his doubts.

“You’ve read everything,” he said. “There’s nothing I‘m telling you. I said it in the beginning, I have nothing new.”
