A pass on first-and-10 from a team's own 20 with a 20-7 lead in the fourth quarter is just asking for trouble, and the Giants got it when it deflected off the hands of Hakeem Nicks and was picked off by Jets linebacker David Harris, who returned it 20 yards to the 11 to set up a 1-yard touchdown run by Mark Sanchez that made it 20-14. It was the kind of call that made Giants fans want to slug Kevin Gilbride, but the Giants actually had called a running play and Eli Manning changed it to a pass when the Jets loaded the box. Tom Coughlin said it could have been "a crusher."
