Jason Pierre-Paul’s prophecy is coming true. Last week the Giants defensive end told reporters they “will probably hear that JPP is not going to practice, but I will be out there on Sunday.” Sure enough, Pierre-Paul was on the sideline on Wednesday because of soreness and swelling in his knee.

Now he has to complete the prediction and play on Sunday.

“It’s going to take a lot of injuries to hold me back,” he said last week. “One or two I can deal with, it is nothing . . . For the 2016 season into ’17 I am going to be on the field no matter what.”

Giant steps

The Giants will practice Thursday morning and then be dismissed to celebrate Thanksgiving. McAdoo said he plans to play football with his son in the afternoon and may not even tune in for the Dallas-Washington game. “I’ll accommodate him,” McAdoo said. “If he wants to watch a little ball, I’ll probably watch a little bit” . . . Browns T Joe Thomas (knee) did not practice . . . Giants WR Roger Lewis remains in the concussion protocol.
