The Giants' official injury list comes out later this afternoon, but wide receiver Mario Manningham, who suffered a concussion in their Monday night win over the Rams was a no-show for practice on Friday. He's most likely to be replaced in the starting lineup Sunday at Philadelphia by Victor Cruz while veteran Brandon Stokley remains in his slot receiver position. The Giants also re-signed veteran wideout Michael Clayton, who is available to play.

It also appears defensive end Osi Umenyiora remains questionable at the least. He was the only player sitting on an exercise bike during stretching before the portion of practice the media is permitted to watch. One other major no-show was defensive end Justin Tuck, who was excused from practice for personal reasons. Coach Tom Coughlin is expected to clarify his status this afternoon after practice.

On the positive side for the Giants, center David Baas, who was limited in Thursday's practice because of a lower leg injury, took part in early drills with the first unit, and defensive tackle Jimmy Kennedy (knee) who was held out of Thursday's practice, also was in pads. Tight end Travis Beckum (hamstring) looks as though he might be ready for his season debut after taking part in practice, but rookie cornerback PrinceAmukamara was in pads but worked on agility drills apart from the team outside the Giants indoor practice field.
