And Shawn Andrews (back) is already ruled out for Sunday.
Hakeem Nicks (leg) and Steve Smith (pectoral) are questionable, but Smith didn't seem too hesitant. "Yeah," he said when asked if he's playing Sunday. "Everything's responded better than I thought."
Tom Coughlin mentioned that Smith fell trying to catch a pass today and the coach was eager to see how Smith responded. "He jumped right up, so everybody kept going," Coughlin said.
Nicks sounded more cautious, even though Coughlin indicated that Nicks was coming along better than Smith as the week has progressed. "I think I'm good, but it's their decision at the end of the day," he said.
David Diehl (hip/hamstring) is probable and it seems he'll slide back in at left tackle with Andrews already out. Will Beatty will return to the sixth-man role.
Shaun O'Hara (foot) is doubtful and didn't work today, but Coughlin felt his center has made progress this week.
