No visible changes to Giants injury report from yesterday to today

9. VICTOR CRUZ Giants, WR Cruz may not

Giants, WR
Cruz may not be the Giants’ No. 1 receiver, but from a fantasy perspective, he has more upside than the oft-injured Hakeem Nicks. The salsa-dancing machine had comparable numbers to his breakout 2011 season last year with 86 receptions for 1,092 yards and 10 TDs. For PPR purposes, Cruz could be even more valuable because of the Giants’ inexperience in the run game. | Credit: Mike Stobe

Nice tight practice report for the Giants today:

Jason Pierre-Paul, Victor Cruz and Henry Hynoski, the three main concerns for Sunday, were all participating. Expect them to be listed as limited later. The good news was that JPP won a sprint between the defensive linemen during warmups. He’s putting the “speed” in Tom Coughlin’s full-speed ahead. Damontre Moore was also practicing.

The three guys not practicing were David Diehl, David Baas and Adrien Robinson. Diehl was on the field though and doing some running (it’s a thumb, stupid, of course he can run) but he was also lining up to take some reps with the walk-throughs during individual drills. He wasn’t wearing any pads, though. Robinson was doing some stretching and balance work on his foot. He’s not running yet. And we didn’t see Baas on the field during the open portion of the workout.

Jayron Hosley was also on the practice report yesterday even though he participated fully. Don’t expect that to change today.
