One thing I forgot to add this morning was an exchange I had with Sinorice Moss yesterday. He's obviously in his fifth training camp with the Giants but he has never really made an impact on the field for the team that many -- including him -- expected.
How has he reacted to that?
"Of course I get frustrated," he said. "I’ve been here, it’s going on my fifth year now. As a professional player you want to go out there, you want to have those opportunities to go out there and help the team every time you get the chance to. I get frustrated. But I use that frustration to motivate me to go out there and perform."
Moss is actually having a very good training camp. He's been getting some snaps with the first unit thanks to the injuries ahead of him and I haven't seen him drop a pass yet (something that would happen to him with some alarming regularity in the past). So I also asked Moss if he focused on anything in particular this offseason.
His answer: Nope.
"Same as always, I worked my butt off," he said. "I train to prepare myself to be the professional athlete that I know I am so when given the opportunity I can go out there and make plays."
