Calvin Pace (broken right foot) is ready to return after missing the first month of the season, yet another veteran who's scheduled to return on Monday, along with WR Santonio Holmes and likely CB Darrelle Revis.

"I think the extra week gave me a little more time, I'm ready to go," Pace said today. "I got a screw in my foot -- it's more secure now than it was before the surgery. The doctor told me it would be tough mentally to get past it, but Monday night I'll be there."

Pace is plenty familiar with Brett Favre and Randy Moss, the two hot topics of the day in the Jets locker room.

On Moss: "It makes them a little deeper. It's another weapon for them."

On Favre: "We definitely got to get to him. It definitely has to be a full team effort... He's willing to stand in the pocket to make a play. So when we get to him, we've got to make it count."

On what he learned during Favre's season with the Jets: "He might yell out, "Reverse!' and it's not a reverse, things like that. He's a crafty veteran. He's been playing 40 years, he knows every trick of the trade."

On any revenge factor vs. Favre: "It's not a sense of the Jets vs. Brett Favre; if it's like that, you're going to let Adrian Peterson go for 150 yards. It's another game, another great QB."

"I do know their offense starts with Adrian Peterson. If he has a good day, it opens up everything. Randy might not need to have a great day."
