Damien Woody, who insisted he will play against New England, again did not practice due to a right knee injury.
Instead, the right tackle pedaled on the stationary bike for a little bit before doing individual position work on the side. He lined up a few feet behind his offensive line mates and mimiced their movements.
For the first time this week, CB Dwight Lowery (concussion) did not wear a red non-contact jersey during practice. WR Jerricho Cotchery (groin) and CB Marquice Cole (hamstring) also were out on the field.
In other news, two special teams penalties forced the team -- including head coach Rex Ryan and GM Mike Tannenbaum -- to do push-ups. For some reason, the offensive line didn't partake in the second set of push-ups. Maybe Rex will shed light on that later this afternoon.
