Yesterday, Rex Ryan said he expected Jason Taylor to practice today.

Turns out he was right.

Taylor, who was held out of practice yesterday after suffering a concussion in Sunday's 28-21 win over the Patriots, was on the field with his teammates and participated in some position drills as the Jets prepare for Sunday's date with the Steelers for the AFC Championship.

We'll see if the veteran linebacker was limited when get the official injury report from Rex Ryan just after 2 p.m. But this is obviously a good sign and an indication that Taylor is going be fine to play in his hometown for a right to go to the Super Bowl.

Everyone else appeared to be present accounted for.
