FLORHAM PARK, N.J. — Receiver Eric Decker underwent shoulder surgery Tuesday morning, his second procedure in a two-month span. A week after being placed on injured reserve with a torn rotator cuff in his right shoulder, Decker had hip surgery on Oct. 18. A source told Newsday last month that Decker had to get the procedure because of a labrum tear and lesion in his left hip, though it was unclear how extensive the damage is in his joint.
