The Jets have agreed to terms with defensive lineman Kevin Vickerson, according to a source.

Vickerson, who played for the Chiefs last season, announced the news via Instagram on Friday.

The 32-year-old had 12 tackles and no sacks last season in 15 games (one start) for Kansas City. In eight seasons, he's totaled 165 tackles, 12 passes defensed, 6.5 sacks and one interception.

The Jets are the fifth team for Vickerson, a seventh-round pick of the Dolphins in 2005. He spent two seasons in Miami, three in Tennessee and four in Denver before his release in August 2014.
