Mark Sanchez's favorite target, Dustin Keller, has signed with the Miami Dolphins, Newsday's Kimberley Martin has confirmed.

Keller landed the deal after missing half of last season with an injury. The veteran tight end had 28 catches for 317 yards and two touchdowns in his shortened 2012 season.

In his previous two season, he had been targeted more than 100 times. Keller tallied 687 and 815 yards, respectively, in 2010 and 2011, and had five touchdowns in each.

The Jets have signed running back Mike Goodson to a three-year, $6.9 million deal, Newsday's Kimberley Martin reported.

Goodson spent last season with the Oakland Raiders, where he rushed for 221 yards on 35 carries. He also had 16 catches for 195 yards and a receiving touchdown.

The 25-year-old out of Texas A&M was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in fourth round of the 2009 draft. Goodson posted career highs in rushing (452) and receiving yards (310) in 2010, when he played in all 16 games with the Panthers.

More to come.
