LaDainian Tomlinson might take a moment to soak it all in three days from now, when he walks out of MetLife Stadium following the Battle of New York.

Being he’s in the final season of a two-year, $5.2 million deal, the future Hall of Fame running back is clearly aware Saturday’s game at the $1.6 billion edifice could very well be his final game there.

“Yup, absolutely,” Tomlinson, 32, said this afternoon. “When you know this is your last year on your deal, you always think about it being potentially being your last time playing there in that stadium. So it’s something I’ve thought about this week.”

However, Tomlinson said it’s not something that’ll run through his mind during pregame.

“Probably not,” he said. “I think once it’s game day, you kid of start thinking about the things you need to get done at that point.”
