As expected, Patriots quarterback Tom Brady will be without his top three targets for Thursday night's matchup with the Jets.
Wide receiver Danny Amendola (groin) and tight end Rob Gronkowski are both inactive, along with running back Shane Vereen -- who was placed on injured reserve (with a designation to return) after undergoing wrist surgery.
Also inactive for the Patriots: RB Brandon Bolden, OL Will Svitek, LB Steve Beauharnais, TE Zach Sudfeld and newly-signed D-lineman Chris Jones.
The Jets, meanwhile, will dress just two quarterbacks for tonight's game. Geno Smith, the starter, will be backed up by Matt Simms. Veteran Brady Quinn is inactive, along with the injured Mark Sanchez.
Also out for the Jets: WR Jeremy Kerley (concussion), G Will Campbell, T Ben Ijalana, T Oday Aboushi and OLB Quinton Coples (ankle).
