The Jets announced Wednesday afternoon that they had re-signed the following restricted free agents for one season: wide receiver Quincy Enunwa ($2.9 million), safety Rontez Miles ($2.9 million), swing tackle Brent Qvale ($2.9 million) and tight end Neal Sterling ($1.9 million). Miles and Qvale are right-of-first refusal designations.
The Jets also re-signed their exclusive-rights free agents, safety Doug Middleton, fullback Lawrence Thomas and tight end Eric Tomlinson.
According to sources, the Jets also agreed to terms on two of their own unrestricted free agents. Quarterback Josh McCown received a one-year deal worth $10 million. Safety Terrence Brooks got a two-year deal whose financial terms were not disclosed.
Among free agents, cornerback Trumaine Johnson signed a five-year, $72.5-million deal with $34 million guaranteed, and running back Isaiah Crowell signed a three-year, $12-million deal with $6 million guaranteed, sources said.
Quarterback Teddy Bridgewater signed a one-year deal that with incentives could reach $15 million in total compensation. CAA Sports, which represents linebacker Avery Williamson, announced he signed a three-year, $22.5-million deal with $16 million guaranteed.
The Jets also agreed to terms with center Spencer Long. Those contract details were not available.
