Today's inactives

Greetings from the Windy City.

We're about an hour away from kickoff here at Soldier Field, where the Jets can clinch a playoff spot with a win against Da Bears. Of course, they can also get in if Indianapolis or Jacksonville loses, but they prefer to get the job done themselves.

As expected, QB Mark Sanchez will start despite the slight cartilage tear in his shoulder. There was never really any question if the second-year signal caller was going to play today.

The Jets inactives are: S Eric Smith, LB Jamaal Westerman, RT Damien Woody, DT Jarron Gilbert, TE Jeff Cumberland, DE Trevor Pryce and DT Matt Kroul. Kellen Clemens is the No. 3 QB.

DB Dwight Lowery will start again for Smith at safety.

As for the Bears inactives, S Craig Steltz, CB Joshua Moore, RB Khalil Bell, G Herman Johnson, G/C Edwin Williams, TE Desmond Clark and DT Marcus Harrison won't play.

Nick Roach starts at LB for Pisa Tinoisamoa.

Enjoy the game.
